On Friday, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will make a working visit to Vinnytsia.
V.Lytvyn will attend the opening of the international workshop conference "Local Self-Government Reform: Domestic and International Experience", hold the sitting of the Consultative Council on the Local Self-Government, and meet the students and the faculty of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University.
The Head of the Parliament will give a press conference for mass media and an interview to Vinnytsia regional television and radio broadcasting station.
